How To Enable GPS Drawing Coordinates – IntelliCAD (ICAD)
This walkthrough shows how to enable GPS-based geolocation coordinates in SpatialENGINEER IntelliCAD. Start by activating geographic data via the Geolocation dropdown and selecting Enable Geodata.
Next, enable the Map Service, which defaults to aerial view but can be switched to road, hybrid, or turned off. Once geolocation and map services are active, right-click the drawing coordinates display and switch to graphical GPS format (decimal). To display degrees, minutes, and seconds, use the GEOLATLONFORMAT command in the command line to adjust the setting.
To revert to standard drawing coordinates, right-click the drawing coordinates display and switch back to “Relative.”
